Idi Amin (1925-2003) was the leader of Uganda from 1971 to 1979. In this period, he managed to screw up Uganda even more than it already was.
He had many official titles, one being: Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Seas and Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and Uganda in particular
He called himself the king of scotland.
He is known for is extravagant, weird, and mostly dumb sayings, which will all be posted on this site by time to time.
